Healthcare Advocate Summit
The Challenge
The Healthcare Advocate Summit began as an intimate 100 person event but quickly scaled into a massive national conference housed at Caesars Palace. The founders needed a visual identity that could not only support this explosive growth but also serve as the foundational architecture for an expanding portfolio of spin off events under a new parent company.
The Strategy
Acting as the Fractional Creative Director over a seven year partnership, I architected a highly scalable parent child brand ecosystem. I established a core geometric hexagon motif and a distinct color coding system for the flagship summit. This allowed me to strategically manipulate the core shape as the company expanded. I elevated the hexagons into interlocking 3D cubes for the Specialty Summit USA rollout and transformed them into transparent water bubbles for the AdvocaSea destination conference.
The Execution
I managed the entire omnichannel brand experience for the Prescribe+ enterprise portfolio. This included designing massive environmental stage sets, digital wayfinding, lighted towers, and hundreds of speaker presentation decks. Beyond the visual identity and environmental design, I directed all on site A/V production, captured event photography, and produced all promotional sizzle reels and post conference video content.
