The Challenge
INVITE Networks is a next generation IT solutions provider that needed to establish a strong presence in a highly competitive market. Coming in as their first Chief Marketing Officer, my challenge was to build their creative and strategic foundation entirely from scratch to drive measurable lead generation.
The Strategy
I led extensive market research and vendor collaborations to develop targeted customer personas and high converting user journeys. This data driven foundation allowed me to create a comprehensive marketing roadmap and establish corporate goals focused directly on customer behavior and sales enablement.
The Execution
I architected their complete visual identity, delivering their first corporate Brand Book, website design, and omnichannel ad campaigns. This targeted approach to UI/UX and content refinement increased unique site visitors by 250% and drove a 160% increase in Marketing Qualified Leads within just six months. I also managed all experiential marketing, orchestrating an interactive activation at the Silicon Slopes trade show that resulted in the highest booth engagement at the event.
