MX needed to bridge a critical gap between Sales, Marketing, and Product Design to win enterprise FinTech deals. The sales team required a highly scalable system to produce targeted, premium collateral for million-dollar proposals. However, they lacked the dedicated creative infrastructure and cross-functional leadership necessary to execute at that level.
The Strategy
I architected a revenue-driven brand system that functioned as an elite internal agency. I built and managed comprehensive asset libraries and interactive collateral frameworks to empower the sales organization. When massive organizational shifts later expanded my role into the marketing department, I scaled this exact same strategic approach to spearhead a global video and event production pipeline.
The Execution
Managing a team of direct reports, I directed the creation of client-targeted digital experiences using tools like Ceros and Figma. This optimized creative collateral directly contributed to $3.6M in trackable revenue and significantly increased sales win rates. As my role evolved to oversee all Senior Art Direction, I took ownership of the brand's visual storytelling. I directed end-to-end video production and captured cinematic on-site photography for massive industry events including Money 20/20, NYC Fintech Week, and the MXS Conference.
