The Challenge

Dotcom Design needed to expand their market share by resonating more effectively with female entrepreneurs and small business owners. Executive leadership recognized their existing identity was limiting growth and sought a comprehensive rebrand to realign the company with its ambitious new revenue goals.

The Strategy

I led the executive team through a deep discovery phase to rebuild the brand foundation from the ground up. When the initial logo redesign faced internal hesitation, I gathered and presented objective market data to validate the new direction and secure stakeholder alignment. This data driven approach allowed us to establish clear user personas, map targeted customer journeys, and define a strategic digital blueprint for their future B2B sales.

The Execution

Operating as a solo fractional Creative Director, I architected a comprehensive 100 page Brand Book that governed every aspect of their new identity. I developed their core values, brand pillars, complete visual identity, and all corporate messaging. Beyond the visual assets and website wireframes, I defined their sales methodology, designed corporate uniforms, and personally trained their staff on the new brand rollout. This foundational work sparked a six year ongoing partnership and established a powerful referral pipeline.
